01. A note about this policy
SignaFlow and this website are operated by Zeblofar Technology. This policy explains the current pre-release Android app and this website. The app is still in development, and this policy will be updated when new data-handling features are released. 02. Your documents and on-device processing
Your working library may include captured photos, imported documents, edited pages, PDFs, recognized text, folders and favorites. These are stored locally on your device. Scanning and text recognition are designed to process document content on your phone. SignaFlow does not run a separate server for storing or inspecting your document library.
03. Text recognition and Google ML Kit
The app uses bundled Google ML Kit for on-device text recognition. Google states that ML Kit processes input and output on the device and does not send that input or output to Google servers. The SDK may contact Google for compatibility updates and send API performance and utilization metrics. This is different from sending your document content for cloud OCR. See Google’s ML Kit disclosure and Google’s privacy policy.
04. Optional Google Drive backups
If you choose to connect Google Drive, SignaFlow uses Google authorization to access Drive files used with this app. The app requests the narrow drive.file scope, not general permission to read your entire Drive. Backup files and the document data they contain are sent to your chosen Google Drive account. Access credentials are used to authorize those operations and must be treated as sensitive. Google handles its account and storage services under its own terms. See Google’s explanation of Drive permissions. Disconnecting Drive stops future app backups; it does not automatically delete existing backup files. You can manage backups in the app or in Drive.
05. Files you export or share
When you export, print, create a local backup or share a file, the selected destination or receiving app may get that file. Those copies are outside the local SignaFlow library. Deleting a document in SignaFlow does not delete copies you have already exported or shared. Review your destination and any sharing permissions before continuing.
06. Device permissions
Camera access is used for document capture. Android photo and file pickers let you select items for import and destinations for export. Notifications are optional for features such as reminders and backup alerts when available. You can manage permissions in Android settings; declining a permission may prevent that particular feature from working.
07. Planned paid release
The website does not collect payments. Paid access is planned through Google Play, with RevenueCat planned to help verify purchase entitlements. That integration is not yet part of the current app build. This policy will be updated before a build using that service is released. Your full payment card details are not intended to be collected by SignaFlow.
08. Email support and diagnostic information
If you email azkmarketing2025@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to respond and investigate your request. Please avoid sending private documents, passwords or signatures. If a support flow offers diagnostic information, review it before sharing. The website support form only prepares an email draft in your mail app; it does not submit information to a website database.
09. This website
This website has no advertising tracker, analytics script, account signup or payment form added by SignaFlow. The help search runs in your browser. Support fields stay on the page until you choose to open an email draft; they are not saved by this website in local storage. The hosting provider may process ordinary request data, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. The public website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting is subject to Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
10. Retention, deletion and your choices
Local app files remain until you remove them, clear app data or uninstall the app, subject to Android’s own device backup behavior. Items moved to Trash are retained locally until permanently deleted. Drive backups and exported copies have their own retention and must be removed separately. You may disconnect Drive and revoke authorization in your Google account. For information you have sent by email, contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Applicable rights and retention requirements depend on your location and the nature of the request.
11. Policy changes
