01. Using SignaFlow
SignaFlow is an Android document scanning and PDF management app in development, operated by Zeblofar Technology. This website introduces the product and provides help and policy information. Features described as planned are not promises that they are available today. Use the app only for files you are authorized to process and for lawful purposes.
02. Availability and compatibility
The app is preparing for release and no public download is offered here yet. Final system requirements, supported features and regional availability will be stated in the official Google Play listing. A development build may have defects. Keep an independent backup of important files and review outputs before relying on them.
03. Your files and permissions
You retain your rights in your documents. Camera, import, export and optional Drive authorization enable the corresponding features. You are responsible for reviewing documents before sharing them and for access settings at your chosen destination. The privacy policy explains how local files, optional backups and support information are handled.
04. OCR and signatures
Text recognition can produce incomplete or incorrect results. Check important text, names, numbers and other details against your original. Planned drawn signatures and stamps are visual marks, not certificate-based digital signatures or proof of identity. It is your responsibility to determine whether the output meets your recipient’s requirements. Modifying a PDF with an existing digital signature can invalidate that signature.
05. Planned plans and prices
The planned free allowance is five successfully saved new pages per calendar month. Planned US Pro prices are $59.99 per year, $7.99 per month and $129.99 for a one-time lifetime offer. Final local prices, taxes, included features, trial eligibility and purchase conditions will be shown by Google Play before purchase. No purchase can be made on this website. Existing documents are intended to remain accessible for viewing, editing, searching and export after paid access ends or the free allowance is used.
06. Trials, subscriptions and lifetime offers
The planned annual trial lasts seven days for eligible purchasers and begins at enrollment. A payment method is required. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal under the conditions shown by Google Play. A lifetime offer is a one-time purchase of the access and features described in that offer and has no recurring subscription renewal. It does not promise that every future separately offered product or service is included, or that every future Android version will be supported. Always review the actual purchase offer.
07. Cancellation and refunds
Manage subscriptions through the Google Play account used to purchase. Cancellation generally stops future renewal; access for the current paid period follows the Play purchase status. Refunds and consumer rights follow applicable law and Google Play’s rules. There is no separate developer money-back guarantee. See Google Play subscription management and Google Play refunds.
08. Backups and restoration
Google Drive backup is optional and depends on your account authorization, connection, available storage and Google’s service. A document restore and a purchase restore are different operations. Removing local data, revoking access or deleting a backup may affect recoverability. Review backup validation and restore details before confirming. Keep a separate copy of documents you cannot afford to lose.
09. Third-party services and reasonable care
Android, Google Play, Google Drive and Google ML Kit are provided by their respective operators. Their terms apply to their services. We aim to make SignaFlow useful and reliable, but cannot guarantee error-free OCR, uninterrupted third-party services or recovery of every file. Nothing on this page removes rights or protections that applicable consumer law gives you.
