Scanning, page cleanup, text recognition and document viewing are designed to run on your Android device. Google Drive backups, account authorization and purchase verification need an internet connection.

The planned free plan includes five successfully saved new pages per calendar month. Your existing documents remain available to view, edit, search and export when you reach the allowance. Final plan availability will be shown in the app at launch.

Your working library is stored on your phone. Google Drive backup is optional and uses your own Google account. SignaFlow does not operate a separate document cloud. Exported copies are stored wherever you choose to save or share them.

SignaFlow requests access to Drive files used with this app, rather than general access to your entire Drive. You can disconnect the backup account in the app. Disconnecting leaves your local library and existing Drive backups in place.

They are separate actions. A document backup restores files from Google Drive or a local backup. Restore purchases checks paid access through your Google Play billing account; it does not restore document files.

OCR can make mistakes, especially with blur, handwriting, unusual layouts or low contrast. Review the recognized text against your original. Adjust the crop, retake the page or save without searchable text when needed.

The planned signature feature adds a visual signature or stamp to a PDF copy. It is not certificate-based signing, identity verification or a remote signing service. Review the requirements of whoever will receive your document.

SignaFlow is preparing for its Android release. There is no public Google Play download available from this website yet. Email us for availability questions; we will add the official store link when it is ready.

For purchases made through Google Play, use the subscriptions section of your Play account to manage or cancel a subscription. Refund requests follow Google Play’s applicable rules. SignaFlow does not offer a separate developer money-back guarantee.

Tell us what you tried, what happened, your Android version and your SignaFlow app version if available. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, complete private documents or saved signatures. You can describe the problem without attaching sensitive files.
